Chris and Britt Rowan have faithfully served ACC in multiple areas of leadership over the last two years. As they prepare to move, it is ACC's honor to pray over them and send them out with His blessing and power. Let's celebrate God's work in/through the Rowans with a meal and prayer together.
Come join us for this family friendly evening of learning about what missionaries do, learning about a new culture, trying out some new food, plenty of crafts and activities, and maybe even learning a new dance! This is a great and educational opportunity for kids and families. Bring a friend and don't miss the fun!
Ladies, mark your calendars because we are so excited to be hosting a 2018 Women's Retreat at ACC. Whether you are young, old, a mom, a wife, working inside the home or outside the home, it is so important to take time to really discover--or rediscover--our very first calling--and that is as a daughter of God. Each of us has a story and that story is incredibly important to God, His purpose, and His plan. Please plan to join us--it will be a wonderful time to recharge and renew for the new year!
**Please know that due to the nature of the retreat it will be a requirement this year to attend the retreat in its entirety.**
Friday: 7-9pm (dinner served at 6:30pm)
Saturday: 9am-6pm (breakfast served at 8:30am)
Suggested donation: $50.00
Please either pay by bringing your check to ACC or pay online here and put 'ACC Women's Retreat' in the comment line.
We're not a liturgical church, but we do see the power in preparing our hearts. Ash Wednesday is a great time to do so.
This will be a meaningful, interactive, and family-friendly service that will launch us into the season of Lent.
Childcare will be provided for kids aged 4 and under
Do you know how to smile? Do you like coming to ACC and want to share with others what you like about it? How about someone with an inclination toward details or tech? If ANY of these categories fit you, we would love to have you join ACC's Hospitality or Tech Team. We are looking for ushers, greeters, soundboard operators and computer techs. No experience necessary--training will be provided!
Has it been far too long since your last date night? Come let your kids hang with us while you enjoy an evening out! We will serve your kids pizza and a guaranteed good time. FREE and open to all potty trained preschoolers up through 5th graders.
**Registration for this event is now closed**
This month, we’ll gather on SATURDAY, JANUARY 20 at 11:00am in the Fellowship Hall where we’ll enjoy each other’s company and a small sewing project. You’re welcome to bring your own materials, or use what I have on hand to make our project this month: BOWL COZIES! (Here’s a great little video that shows you what a Bowl Cozy is and how to make them: https://youtu.be/tkfWpFjnpRw)

You’re welcome to use the supplies and materials I have on hand, or bring your own. The supplies for this project (which I’ve listed below, in case you prefer to bring your own) will cost roughly $5.00 for each set of Bowl Cozies.cost for supplies is approximately $5. just let me know when you RSVP whether you’ll bring your own materials or use what’s provided. The materials outlined will yield two bowl cozies for each of you, but you’re welcome to make as many as you like (if you’re planning to use my materials and need to make a couple extra, please let me know in the RSVP).
Since a lot of us will likely be coming from the Bible Study earlier that morning, if there’s enough interest, we can coordinate ordering lunch from some place local (pizza? Chick-Fil-A?)
